After we receive and inspect your device, payment will be processed within 3-5 business days, but if you choose to deliver your devices in person you will receive your payment instantly. The payment are made via bank transfer.

Yes, you can sell multiple devices at the same time. If you’re selling in bulk, contact us for a special arrangement.

While including the original accessories and packaging is not mandatory, it may increase the value of your buyback offer. If you have the original charger, cables, or box, we recommend including them when you send in your device

3. Inspect your PC for any physical damage. Devices with major issues like a cracked screen, non-functioning keys, or damaged ports should be noted, as these factors can affect the buyback value.

4. Ensure your PC powers on and operates normally. Test essential functions like the display, keyboard, touchpad, ports, and battery life. If there are any functional issues, be prepared to describe them accurately.

5. Gather and include the original accessories (e.g., charger, cables) and packaging. While not mandatory, having these items can improve the buyback offer.

– Pickup is available within Kuala Lumpur city limits.

In-Person Delivery

Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

We provide 1 year carry in hardware warranty and 3 months carry in warranty for battery product, The warranty covers any hardware defects or malfunctions under normal use conditions. This includes:

– Internal components such as the CPU, RAM, hard drive/SSD, motherboard, and power supply.
– Display issues, such as dead pixels or screen malfunctions.
– Keyboard and trackpad functionality.
– Ports and connectivity (USB, HDMI, etc.).

What’s not covered

– Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidents, drops, spills, or unauthorized repairs.
– Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear on components like the battery, keyboard, and exterior casing.

How to Make a Warranty Claim
