Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

We provide 1 year carry in hardware warranty and 3 months carry in warranty for battery product, The warranty covers any hardware defects or malfunctions under normal use conditions. This includes:

– Internal components such as the CPU, RAM, hard drive/SSD, motherboard, and power supply.
– Display issues, such as dead pixels or screen malfunctions.
– Keyboard and trackpad functionality.
– Ports and connectivity (USB, HDMI, etc.).

What’s not covered

– Accidental Damage: Any damage caused by accidents, drops, spills, or unauthorized repairs.
– Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear on components like the battery, keyboard, and exterior casing.
– Unauthorized Modifications: Any issues arising from modifications or upgrades performed by the customer or unauthorized technicians

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to determine the cause of the problem. If the issue is covered under warranty and cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for the repair or replacement of the device.

Pickup Policy (Kuala Lumpur Only)

– Pickup is available within Kuala Lumpur city limits.
– Contact us to arrange a pickup time that works for you. We will coordinate with you to schedule a suitable timeslot.
– Provide accurate address and contact details for a smooth pickup process. Our team will confirm the details with you before arriving.

In-Person Delivery

– Our office is located at No. 11-27, Menara Mutiara Sentral, No.2, Jalan Desa Aman 1, Cheras Business Centre 56000 Kuala Lumpur. Please contact us to confirm office hours and arrange a suitable time for delivery.

– Upon arrival, check in at the reception and inform our team of your delivery. We will assist you with the drop-off process and provide any necessary receipts or confirmations.

Condition Guidelines

Before selling your PC to us through our buyback program, please ensure the following conditions are met to streamline the process and help you receive the best possible value.

Before any gadgets are accepted for buyback, they will all go through a comprehensive inspection.

1. Make sure to back up all important data from your PC. Once the device is sold, all data will be wiped, and it will be impossible to recover any files.

2. Perform a factory reset or use a reliable data erasure tool to remove all personal information from your PC. This protects your privacy and ensures no sensitive data remains on the device.

3. Inspect your PC for any physical damage. Devices with major issues like a cracked screen, non-functioning keys, or damaged ports should be noted, as these factors can affect the buyback value.

4. Ensure your PC powers on and operates normally. Test essential functions like the display, keyboard, touchpad, ports, and battery life. If there are any functional issues, be prepared to describe them accurately.

5. Gather and include the original accessories (e.g., charger, cables) and packaging. While not mandatory, having these items can improve the buyback offer.
